We work hard for every client, but no one controls the algorithms. Views, followers, sales, leads, return on ad spend and "going viral" are never guaranteed. Past results and case studies are examples, not promises.

Ads run in ad accounts you own, with your own payment method. Ad spend is billed by Meta (or the platform) directly to you and is separate from our management fee. Platforms can reject ads or restrict accounts under their own policies; we are not responsible for their decisions.

You approve scripts before filming. You confirm you have the rights to any products, logos, locations, music and people you ask us to show. Paid partnerships must be disclosed as the FTC requires; you are responsible for disclosures on your own channels.

Each package includes the revision rounds listed on its offer. Extra revisions, rush delivery or new concepts may cost extra. Music and stock footage are used under their licences or ones you provide. Scripts and AI-assisted drafts should be checked by you before publishing.

Final files and usage rights pass to you once the invoice is paid in full. Until then, all work stays Vinta's property. You confirm your brand name and marks don't infringe anyone else's; we don't do trademark searches. We may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

You supply and approve all text, prices, images and policies on your site. Hosting, domains, payment processors, apps and plugins are third-party services with their own terms and fees. We don't guarantee search rankings, uptime or sales.

Packages and monthly fees are paid upfront by card (Stripe) or Zelle. Work starts once payment clears. Completed charges are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time before the next billing date. If something isn't right, email us first and we'll work to fix it.

Educational content only. Videos belong to their creators and play through Instagram, TikTok and YouTube's official players or links. Viral scores, estimated views and case studies are opinions based on public numbers, not facts or guarantees. We are not affiliated with Meta, Instagram, TikTok or YouTube. Creators can ask us to remove a video at vintacreativeagency@gmail.com and we will act promptly.

Our books, the Storytelling Challenge and other programs are for education and motivation. They are not legal, financial, medical or tax advice, and no income or results are promised. Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered.

The portal is provided to make projects easier. Keep your own copies of important files. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share. Access may be paused for unpaid invoices or misuse.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the specific service in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages. Any dispute starts with written notice to vintacreativeagency@gmail.com and 30 days of good-faith talks. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

We don't sell your personal information. We may refuse or end work that is unlawful, hateful, deceptive or harmful. If you believe something on this site infringes your rights, email vintacreativeagency@gmail.com with the details and we will review and respond.
