Week 1 · Discovery & strategy

We go through your business, goals, audience and competitors, and agree the roadmap. You hand over content, images and brand files.

Week 2 · Wireframes & direction

Page layouts and design direction for your approval. You give feedback, we refine.

Week 2–3 · Design

The full visual design — colour, type, imagery, layout. Two revision rounds included.

Week 3–4 · Build

We build the approved design and wire up every feature. One development revision round included.

Week 4–5 · Testing

Every device and browser, functionality, speed and security. We log what breaks and fix it.

Week 5–6 · Launch

Your final approval, DNS configured, deployed live, and watched for the first few days.

Week 6+ · Support

Your included support window — technical help, training and small updates. After that, $300/month if you want it.

Timing depends on you too. These weeks assume content and feedback come back promptly. Delays in materials, feedback or approvals push the timeline out by the same amount, and nothing launches without your final sign-off.

6Service agreement

Scope of work

Vinta Creative Agency ("Agency") will design and develop a website for the Client based on the build selected above. The scope is the features and deliverables listed under that build only. Anything outside it is quoted separately and approved in writing before work starts.

Payment

Payment is split 50% on signing and 50% on delivery. Accepted methods:

Bank transfer / ACH — no fee Zelle — no fee, instant Credit card — 2.9% processing fee added

⚠ Read these payment terms carefully

The deposit is non-refundable after 24 hours from signing. Cancel within the first 24 hours and you get it all back. After that there are no exceptions.
Late fees. If the final 50% isn't paid within 7 business days of delivery, $50 per day accrues until it is.
Launch follows payment. Your site goes live 2–7 business days after the final payment clears, not before.
Non-payment. If the balance is unpaid 30 days after delivery, the Agency may take the site down.

Timeline

The clock starts when the Agency has both the signed agreement and the deposit. Timelines are estimates and vary by build. You agree to give feedback, content, approvals and account access when asked. Delays on your side move the end date by the same amount. Nothing launches without your approval.

Revisions

Included: two rounds of design revisions and one round of development revisions. A round means one complete set of feedback on one deliverable. Extra rounds are $100 each.

Ownership

You own it. On final payment, the code, design files, content and deliverables become yours to use, change or move wherever you like.

We keep portfolio rights. The Agency may show the finished site as a case study in its portfolio and marketing. Tell us if you'd rather it stayed anonymous and it will.

Third-party tools. The site will use licensed tools and frameworks — Shopify, WordPress, React and similar. Their terms apply to you as the owner, and the Agency claims no rights in them.

What you're responsible for

Content, copy, images and materials, delivered on time
Making sure everything you give us is accurate and legally yours
Licences for any image, font, music or video you supply
Feedback and approvals inside 3–5 business days
Access to your domain, email, hosting and payment accounts when needed
Keeping the site's content lawful

You indemnify the Agency against claims arising from content you supplied — copyright, defamation, advertising claims or anything similar.

Support after launch

Your build includes 2–8 weeks of support: bug fixes, small content updates, training and performance monitoring, by email Monday to Friday. After that, ongoing support is $300/month if you want it. Without it, the Agency isn't responsible for maintenance, security or technical issues once the included window closes. Hosting and domain fees are paid by you, direct to the provider.

What we do and don't warrant

We warrant that the site is built to current web standards, works on current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge across desktop, tablet and mobile, uses properly licensed tools, and matches the approved design and scope.

We don't warrant100% uptime, bug-free operation, any particular search ranking, traffic or sales, compatibility with very old browsers, or that third-party services keep working the way they do today. Legal compliance for your site — GDPR, CCPA, ADA and the rest — is yours.

Limit of liability

The Agency's total liability is capped at what you paid for the project. The Agency is not liable for lost profit, revenue, data or opportunity, for indirect or consequential damages, for your failure to back up or maintain the site, for third-party actions or security breaches, or for decisions you make based on analytics.

Cancellation

You cancel: within 24 hours of signing, full refund. After 24 hours but before work begins, half the deposit is refunded. After work begins, the deposit is forfeited — you can pay for work completed at $150/hour to receive it, or walk away with no refund.

We cancel: the Agency may end this agreement if payment terms are missed, if you go quiet for 14 days or more, if the work requested is unlawful, or if these terms are broken. Completed work stays with the Agency unless all fees are paid.

Confidentiality

Both sides keep the other's proprietary information confidential — business plans, financials, unreleased products, strategy. This doesn't stop the Agency using the finished site for portfolio purposes as described above.

Disputes

Florida law governs this agreement. Raise anything first by email so we can fix it. If that fails, disputes go to good-faith negotiation, then mediation or binding arbitration by mutual agreement.

Rates for anything extra

Extra revision round — $100
Content writing — $75/hour, or $1.50 per word
Photography or video coordination — $150/hour
Copywriting and SEO — $100/hour
Ongoing monthly support — $300/month
Rush delivery — +25% of project cost
Custom feature development — $150/hour
Third-party integration — $100–250 each
Domain registration — $12–15/year

Anything outside your chosen build needs a written change order before it starts.

General

This agreement, together with the proposal and your answers above, is the whole agreement and supersedes earlier discussions. Changes must be written and agreed by both sides. If one clause fails, the rest stands.
